Japan Pottery Shot Glasses Need Information

I'm trying to find some information on a set of shot glasses I recently purchased. These are four brown pottery shot glasses. Two of them have faces on them. One states "poor shot". The other one states "shot to hell". One of the shot glasses is just the bottom half of person and states, "short shot". The fourth one is in the shape of a cannon and states, "gun shot". All four pieces are stamped on the back "Japan". Could anyone tell me when these shot glasses where made.
