A SHOTGLASS-OFFICIALLY CAN NOT HAVE A BASE OR PEDESTAL/BUT MANY SHOTGLASS COLLECTORS-INCLUDING MYSELF END UP WITH AND THEREFORE COLLECT THESE STYLE. PICKVET AND GUINESS DO NOT CONSIDER THEM SHOTGLASSES
