I have never seen one made out of glass, but ceramic ones are quite common.
There is an old decanter set where the decanter is "death" and the glasses are skulls.
Not that long ago, there was a guy making new ceramic ones and selling them on the various auction sites

: I'm looking for a clear glass skull shot glass. Not an etching or paint, but "figural" I think is what I'm looking for. A shot glass that looks like a mini skull and is clear, but will consider colored ones.
