Number one......use pourers, they save time and you will have a lot less spills when you are mixing drinks. Number 2.....if you are looking to do private parties, make sure you get the same types of glassware. Example, if you get 20 up glasses (single, small glasses), when you fill the glass with ice to the brim and add the alcohol with your jigger, it will usually go to the top of the cut in the glass. The first guy that responded was absolutely right. You can also do the count method. Like a shot is sometimes a 4 count. Basically while you are pouring, you count 1,2,3,4 in your head.
