They are not made out of wood, but check out the tackle boxes at the local sporting goods store (or even wal-mart)
They come in different sizes (are you taking 6 glasses or 60 :), and some let you change the size of the compartments
I use some larger tackle boxes when on vacation for organizing new glasses and the boxes make it easier to get them home safely

: Can't seem to find one anywhere - have a small collection and need a case, preferably hinged and made of wood, to transport shot glasses to and from football games for our tailgating toasts. Anyone ever seen anything like that, or know where I can find one? Thanks.
