I was blocked by frogurr a couple years ago when I asked about the size of a shotglass (the close up photo had no sense of scale and the description had nothing). I'd made previous shot purchases from frogurr but they emailed they didn't care: "people who ask questions are trouble, and they didn't want trouble". My wife later bought a glass from them without my knowledge; frogurr shipped it but I think made the connection to me (through paypal?) and may have blocked her too. Since then, I've come across perhaps a dozen or more or frogurr shots that i would have purchased, but i don't bother; they don't want my money, fine, I spend it elsewhere.
