The "F" is only backward if you look at it the wrong way! (If it is backward when you look from the bottom, then look from the top and it looks ok :) Yes, this is a Federal Glass company glass. Not much other information to go on, but "plain" glasses (those without an added design) are not very collectible, or very valuable.
: I have an antique looking shot glass that is part of my parent's estate. It is clear glass 2" tall. The mark on the bottom is a shield with a backwards F. I know that a shield with an F is Federal Glass. However, this backwards F is something else?? Would appreciate any guidance. Thanks!!
