This box called the Calvert Whiskey Taste Test Kit was a promotional item from the 1940's. What you were suppose to do was have someone pour some brand of whiskey into any one glass and then Calvert Whiskey in the second glass and then you sniff and taste both.Then you declare which is the best whiskey. Calvert was and is so sure you would have always selected them that they gave you a couple of cards for you to fill out declaring you are a Whiskey Expert because you selected Calvert. The present value of this antique kit is around $15 but there is one on sale on ebay right now for $6
