According to Pickvet this set is from the '40s. There is a similar set for calvert reserve, where the banner below the A and the B say reserve -- this set is much harder to find.

The only other information that I have is that this set is fairly common, and goes for about the cost of the two shotglasses -- from $8-$15

I have also seen where people "make up" for a missing glass, so that the set has two A's or two B's

: I recently bought a Calvert whiskey Taste Test Kit on e-bay. It consists of two shotglasses with the Calvert logo on each, one with the letter "A" on it, the other with the letter "B" on it; a booklet decribing how to conduct your own whiskey taste test, and a wallet-sized card declaring the holder to be a "whiskey expert". The person I bought it from thought it was made in the 1950's, but wasn't sure. I would like to know more about this kit, so if anyone out there can help me out, please send a response to this to kwpowell97@hotmail.com. Thanks.
