VERY OLD Unknown orgin/maker art glass/bronze?

I found this shot glass recently in Franklin, TN. It is AMAZING. It is glass on the outside, swirls of paint beneath, on top of a metal that seems to be bronze or another similar brownish tone metal like copper. The shot glass is about 3 inches tall and 2 inches at the mouth.
PLEASE HELP IDENTIFY. THANK YOU!! SG
