This is a really tough question -- the answer depends on the cause of the color change.
Some colors change because of their exposure to sunlight (usually the UV part) so keeping them out of direct sunlight, or behind UV plexiglass will protect them. Unfortunately I do not know how to reverse this color change.
Other color changes happen because of a chemical reaction between the paint and something in the environment (think acid rain).
You mention Oxidation, so you think that your color change is this type. The reverse process is called Reduction.
Sometimes this can be reversed by washing with an opposite solution (if the color change happened because of too much acid, a low ph, wash in a solution such as bicarbonate of soda with a high ph)
Google for oxidation and there are many pages about the subject.
If these are valuable glasses, find a local expert, because doing the wrong thing can make the problem worse. If these are just tourist glasses, try a little kitchen table chemistry on a small part of the design, rinse well, and let it sit a couple of days to see if the problem gets better or worse.

: iv been collecting shot glasses for a few years. Iv noticed that quite a few of my glasses have become decolorizes (oxidized?) and I don’t know what to do.is there anyway I can restore the colour or should I be displaying them in any specific way?
