I have often heard that these are pre-1950s but I have not been able to find any evidence that backs this up.
They are quite common, and since they have handles, many collectors do not consider them to be shotglasses. They can be purchased for less than $5.00 each

: Hello. I have 2 clear glass shot glasses with handles that have an F in a shield on the bottom. The glass is thicker and the bottom is slightly wider than the top. The bottom has elongated puffed sections that go all the way around.
