These are called "Bottoms Up" -- when the glass is sitting on its rim, the woman has her bottom up...

Since there are no marks, this is probably a reproduction (Originals have patent information molded into the rim) These often come with a coaster -- since they need to be "rim down" they can be messy -- the coaster would collect the excess liquid.

As a single colored reproduction, without a coaster, I would put the value in the $10 range.

: I have a cobalt blue cone shaped shot glass, it has a nakes women bent over the base of the cone end of glass, her bottom is sticking up, she is in a v type position. there are no markings on it. Very Nice shot glass! Can anyone help me identify?? it is approx. 3" overall, and very heavy.
