The original manufcturer was McKee -- I have found some links in the past by searching for
mckee +"bottoms up"
in the various search engines

These are currently being reproduced -- the originals have writing (the patent number) molded into the rim, while the reproductions do not have writing.

The yellow color that you mention is called "vaseline" and it contains uranium oxid and glows under blacklight. While vaseline glass was not manufactured for many years, it is being made currently

: Where or from what company might I purchase a shot glass that sits upside down when not in use and has the figure of a nude person draped over the bottom of the glass.I see a couple of these recently and the were of a clear yellow color.
