If you want to "get rid of them all" then selling individually is not the answer, because there are certain glasses that are not worth the cost of shipping.
If you want to get the maximum amnount of money for your collection, selling them individually may be the best answer.
My personal recommendation is to be somewhere in the middle: break it up into smaller lots. The seller gets the shipping spread across more than one glass, and you will hopefully get rid of all of the glasses.

: I have a collection of almost 200 shotglasses that I was actively collecting about 10 years ago. I haven't even looked at them in years, they've been packed away. I've decided it's time to finally let them go and I"m going to start going thru them soon. My question is whether or not I should sell them as a whole? individually? or sort them into smaller sets? I've never sold or purchased anything on ebay before so I'm curious as to how most people purchase items for their collections. Any help would be appreciated.
