Bottle Labels

I have some glasses of my father's and am planning on giving them to a friend who collects. I'm looking for any info re date of manufacture and number in the series.

Glasses are ~2 1/4" high by 1 3/4" wide. Made by France, gold rim.

Vat 69 - Scotch - #13
London Dry - Gin - #14
White Horse - Scotch - #24
Haig - Scotch - #25
