One of the sites that I have found that sells college glasses is backoncampus.com. As far as I know, they only sell in sets of 4 per school, and they don't have every school listed...
The manufacturer for the glasses is Hunter (www.huntermfg.com) I have been told that you can order direct from them by phone (at either (859) 254-7573 or (800) 237-1869) but I have never tried it myself.
