: Where are the locations of existing Chicken in the Rough Restaurants? I grew up on their food, and miss them greatly. I had the pleasure of dining in an authentic Chicken in the Rough Restaurant in Port Huron MI last month, and it was truely a step back in time. Authentic recipe, the famous logo everywhere, we really enjoyed it! The staff did not know the whereabouts of other restaurants, and the place was packed that day, with a line 30 deep waiting to be seated. Any help would be appreciated!

: : : I am looking for one shot glass of each color or just the red one.
: : : Description as follows:
: : : Chicken in the Rough - rooster holding golf bag - Reg.US. Pat. Off.
: : : Design Color : black, red, green
: : : Glass shape : straight sides
: : : Keywords : advertising

: : There is no such thing as a Chicken in the Rough shotglass. My great uncle Beverly Osborne was the originator of this chain of "Beverly's" restaurants, and he was an absolute tea-totaller. One of the things that made his restaurant unique was that he refused to sell any alcoholic drinks in his restaurants. What you are probably referring to are finger glasses that were meant to clean your fingers after you finished eating the original "finger-lickin'-good" chicken he searved.

:The only remaining Chicken in the Rough restaurant I am aware of is in Oklahoma City, OK, near the intersection of Northwest Highway and Pennsylvania Ave. (Probably the 1100 block of Northwest Expressway-or alternately Northwest Highway)
