well, it depends on where you live :)
The Great Train Store used to sell them at multiple locations, but they went out of business :(
I have seen them recently at the Train Museum in Lancaster, PA but if you are not near PA then that's not much help (they do not sell them online that I know of)
But if you live near some other train museum, you may want to check there.
