There is no C or D, but the A and B glasses come in 2 types: "Calvert" and "Calvert Reserve"
The reason that there is an A and a B is that there was a "Calvert Taste test" kit, with two glasses, one marked A and one marked B. You were supposed to run a taste test -- put calvert in one, and some other whiskey in the other. After "passing" the test, the kit contained cards that indicated that you ewere now a whisky expert.
The "Taste Test kits" are not as common as the individual glasses, but they are not rare, and can be found for under $20
